Job Responsibilities: As a cashier at Intermex Wire, you will be responsible for the daily process of sales, balancing currency, coin, and checks in cash drawers at the end of shifts, and calculating daily transactions using the POS system or calculators. You will also prepare and send daily reports to Store Operations and maintain a clean and organized workstation. Having knowledge of all the other services available at the Branch is essential, as is ensuring that customers are aware of all the marketing promotions available.

- Perform sorting, counting, and wrapping currencies and coins, and check the accuracy of deposit slips.
- Count, verify, and post armored car deposits into the POS System.
- Make cold calls to customers to inform them of current promotions.
- Comply with all department and company policies and procedures.
- Explain and promote the sales of products or services such as wires, top-ups, bill payments.
- Order store supplies on a monthly basis.
- Obtain and process information required for the provision of new services.
- Contribute to the fulfillment of the department and company objectives and goals.

This position requires great follow-through skills, an aggressive mentality, and the ability to work as a team. Flexibility in the work schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and some holidays, is necessary. A high school diploma or equivalent work experience is required, along with some experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and relevant computer applications.
